CHAPEAU is a specialized exhibition of headwear, raw materials, equipment and accessories is to be held on the central
exhibition venue for the eighth time already. During the time of its existence the show has demonstrated a serious dynamic
of growth and development: in 2004 it obtained an international status, and by 2007 its area has grown 6 times to the
initial. More than 300 companies from all over Russia, the CIS countries and also Italy, Germany, Canada, France, Check Republic,
Finland, Italy participated in CHAPEAU-2011 exhibition. More than 10 000 people have visited the
show, more than 20 periodicals and several TV-channels have been accredited. This year most of the CHAPEAU-2011 participants have already
confirmed their participation in CHAPEAU-2012, and at the same time there will be many newcomers exhibiting at CHAPEAU for
the first time. The exhibition dates have been chosen with a glance to the market seasonality, which is one of the main
factors having advantageous impact on the industry development.
CHAPEAU is not just a specialized exhibition, but also a symbolic in Russian fashion industry. Competitive
shows of headwear collections held within the bounds of the exhibition reflect actual trends in modern domestic and
